Bio

There is nothing wrong with the girl next door unless she writes like the devil and sings like a siren. Since 2004, Jerin Falkner has released three independent albums and written over fifty songs. Her five-year plan is to A) drink a lot of Starbucks coffee, B) get signed to a label that is both classy and sassy, and C) feel pretty and witty and bright. So far, she has accomplished both A and C with minimal effort and is focusing her remaining energy on B.

Jerin lives in Seattle, works a day job, and considers herself to be approachable and well-rounded. If she was asked to cover a song right this very instant, it would be “A Case of You” by Joni Mitchell. If she was on stage at a karaoke bar, she would be singing “The Warrior” by Scandal.

When all is said and done, Jerin is a female version of Damien Rice with a voice comparable to Jewel or Fiona Apple. She enjoys listening to jazz, alternative rock, and any songwriter that can sweetly break her heart.
